Here is a hillarious video of some Jehovah Witness’s trying to spread their stupidity too early in the morning. Just because I find it amusing, doesn’t mean that I endorse this type of retarded behavior. The woman’s reaction is priceless though.

Geez…
The JW’s behavior certainly isn’t excusable, but they were provoked. I wonder, if the cops had gotten involved in the situation, who would have been at fault? I mean, sure sure, the JWs were *hitting* the camera men, but for all they knew they had just had bird-flu water ballons thrown at them. Hmmm…
I guess I’m sympathizing with the JWs a little bit more than the average person would because I used to be one of those people knocking on doors (for the Baptists, not the JWs).
Door-to-door evangelism has to be one of the most retarded and ineffectual practices of any church. The only situation I can think of where it might be even they tiniest bit useful is if you visit a person who would genuinely like to talk to someone about your religion, but is not all that thrilled about going to a church. But really, how often is that going to be the case? More likely than not, we ended up just pissing people off and/or making them uncomfortable. This quote seems appropriate:
“I don’t know of anyone who wants to be accosted with matters more personal than sex by “witnesses” with all the tact and genuineness of a vacuum cleaner salesman.”

April 10th, 2006 at 11:06 pm
i remember they woke me up once… i had to kick the dude in the stomach and drop him. and the slapped the chick side-kick he had with him… funny thing is, they actually tried using the phone next door to me to call the cops but my neighbor got a baseball bat and chased them off lmao
yea… its a funny world we live in.

Well - definately a fake. JW’s never use the term “brother” to anyone not being a JW. They never invite people in the street to a “get-together” with refreshments. This I know because I used to be one… many moons ago.
April 14th, 2006 at 2:03 pm
Neither of them claimed to be a JW. I think JW is just associated with Door-to-door evangelism.
April 14th, 2006 at 2:06 pm
Please don’t talk if you have no idea what you are talking about. These people are not Jehovah’s Witnesses… If you all want I can make a list why..
- JWs dont use the term brother to anyone not a JW
- They normally carry a briefcase or atleast a bible and a couple magazines.
- They don’t invite people to get togethers every week. When I say this I mean they don’t invite just random people at the door to a get together everyweekend.
- Also there are no JW ‘get togethers’ at 8:00 or 8:30… they are normally held at 10:00, 1:00, or 4:00 and random people arn’t invited like that
- No refreshments are served at ‘get togethers’
- Normally JWs have a presentation they say which is based on their bi-weekly publications… none of this happened in the video
- The people in the video just handed him an invite after saying hi, without really explaining what it was… this is not something JWs do
- The women said ’sinners and saints’ you’ll never hear a JW ever say the word saints, because its not a term they simply use.
- The women told that man he was going to hell. Oh how obvious they are not JWs now. Jehovah’s witnesses do not believe in eternal torment in hell. Hell is not a literal place to them and you will never hear them say that someone is going to hell… ever.
So yea, get your facts straight…
These were probably mormans or some weird sect.

Of course they got a fight, they asked for it. Religious people are still people, not necessarily wimps.
April 16th, 2006 at 8:38 pm
Bacon: I think the issue is that they represented their religion (whatever it was) very poorly.
Hell, I wouldn’t fight at that kind of juvenile provocation, and I’m not at all religious!
April 18th, 2006 at 3:43 pm
It was clearly staged.
April 18th, 2006 at 3:51 pm
Looks staged to me, but the chick was hot.
May 11th, 2006 at 1:55 pm
I was all up ons that chick like ‘I’m down with the wiz-ord, is you down wiff my everlasting gobstoppers?” And she was all like “Praise be, I’m a sinner i’m a saint….” I don’t know the rest of that song.
But then ol boy was like “You gots ta flex up out this piece.” So I was like back slinging these trops till a billy stool flipped big swatches on a flappity do bop skid-do!
And it pretty much went down like that… well aside from the gappity goops that beat blast back with a new age flapjack of course.

Dude, Im sorry but this video is soooo fake! I was an active JW before and first of all, THEY never approach people calling them “Brothers” or start off with an invite to a bible study! We have a message and Never even dress like those 2 were in the video…Even the way they approuched the door. No bookbags??? Plus THEY would never, ever ever, curse at you back or chase you around. They would simply walk away… so stop bs’ing and claiming this is real.

Inactive? Did somebody dilude you with water? or add a counter agent in your process? Try drinking something carbonated, that would probably kickstart all your ingredients again.
BLEACH!
May 22nd, 2006 at 7:20 am
yeah, this is fake I’m afraid. As Someone earlier said, they don’t call people brothe and you wouldn’t here em cursing. Not either tell any1 to go to hell since they do not belive in hell.
So.. THIS IS FAKE
June 23rd, 2006 at 11:47 am
It’s fake.
The sound recording was clear, they would have to have a mic right there next to them…how many cameras were there?
July 26th, 2006 at 5:50 am
these arent jw. jw doesnt believe in hell. its fake.
July 31st, 2006 at 12:36 am
Not Jehovah’s Witnesses for sure. No doubt.
August 21st, 2006 at 10:44 am
They’re probably Baptists.
October 12th, 2007 at 5:04 pm
FAKE!
These are not Jehovah’s Witnesses.
1. They did not have a well prepared presentation.
2. They use the term “Saints and Sinners.” Jehovah’s Witnesses do not use the term.
3. They use polite terms to refer to people, not terms like “Brother”. They usually ask a persons name.
4. They had no bibles
5. They invited people to weekly gatherings with refreshments. This is not a hibit Jehovah’s Witnesses have.
FAKE!
October 12th, 2007 at 5:06 pm
Fake. Jehovah’s Witnesses don’t begin their door-to-door evangelizing work until 10AM, usually meeting together at 930 AM to arrange themselves and not reaching the first house until 10 AM
October 14th, 2007 at 3:09 pm
Well DUH!
of course it’s fake. It came from the internet. Anything you find online should automatically be branded “FAKE” untill you find proof.
February 12th, 2008 at 6:07 am
Fake or not, it’s extremely funny.
I agree that the guys who provoked them got it coming, but I will also disagree witht the people who say these religious people, whether they are fake or not, would not deserve that kind of treatment.
First of all, people who say that JW don’t start the door-to-door thing before 10 am ? Bullshit. I used to live in a VERY cold country, and they would come VERY early in the morning (7:30 am on a Saturday or Sunday is early enough ?) to basically wake me up. And yes, I had actual proof at the time they were JW. They actually did not mind the hour or the weather, ot the fact that I really, genuinely, fervently did NOT wanted them in my house. They kept doing it for about three weeks until I finally had enough. So bullshit on that one.
Second, why would someone who is religious who comes to basicaly bother would be exempt from the same treatment you would give to anyone else ? I would not have thrown anything at them, that’s for sure, at least not at the beginning, but if I tell someone “Sorry, I don’t want to talk to you” and he comes back, he is looking for trouble, and it doesn’t matter to me whether he is god sponsored or not.
There is no beginning to tell how aggravating it is to put your time on hold to listen to the theories and beliefs of other people, much more when you are simply not interested. I say have it your way, have all the sky and heavens above for all yourselves if you want, you can choke on it for all I care. But let other people live their life as they want to.
Can I just say utopia ?
