The point of the "Wrath of God" series is to convey how ignorant it is to believe that God "lets" these events happen... whether good ones or bad. Displaying images of grief and sorrow is acceptable whether it's a child or an adult doesn't make a bit of difference. It's just part of life, albeit a sad one.
