In the remote Italian village of Roccalumera near Messina on the island of Sicily, we will see just what this famous expression truly means.
Sister Silvia Gomes De Sousa, 39, was visiting her friend Father Carmelo Mantarro’s house when she noticed something strange. Father Mantarro was in bed with another woman. Not only that, but she was a married woman. Now add to the mix that Father Mantarro is 70 years-old. Oh, this is just the beginning!
Sister Silvia wasn’t just friends with Father Mantarro, she was banging him for several months without protection as dictated by Catholic doctrine. Well inevitably she became pregnant with his child and had an abortion (not dictated by Catholic policy). This happened not once, but twice! It gets better folks.
What’s a good Sister supposed to do under these difficult circumstances? What any law abiding follower of Christ would do of course! She set fire to his house and grabbed a machete to finish the job!
Luckily police and fire crews arrived to smooth things over. She was cut loose on bail and is currently awaiting trial. Now if I were that guy, I’d disappear for a seriously long time. But I’m sure he’ll be back in church as if nothing happened.

Of course he’ll be back. His next mass will be on the evils of adultery and how anyone can fall. Then he’ll with god’s grace he has recovered and you can to if you just do what he says. And give him your money.

Of course he’ll be back. Sister Silvia is a helluva good lay!
You know what they say, nuns do it out of habit.

Anyone that ever spent any time at a Catholic school can tell you that all nuns have the violence just creeping around under those habits… I still fear rulers to this day because of Sister Mary Damion.

He’ll be back and will start lecturing about how he made a huge mistake and warn his “followers” about it.
And of course the church will allow him to.

HumanisticJones, I went to Catholic schools for nine years and I didn’t come across a nun at all, let alone one with violence creeping around under her habit. The scariest teachers I had, in fact, were at a state school.
