I daresay that it is probably fairly significant to all those who are lucky enough to grace this particular "spot" in the universe. I would also like to point out that the universe would hold absoloutly no significance to me if this pale blue dot did not exist. In this case it all comes down to perspective. Without seeing the broader picture no one element can be taken out and judged on just how significant it is. In this case everything is relative to the perspective on whoever is doing the judging.
