I have actualy been to Damascus just last year and have actully seen the Matamm of Zanjhir (beating of the chest with a blade) happen. To be honest there has never been a case of when a child at this age has been used like this and by looking at the picture the photo must be atleast 10 years old! In places such as Damascus the legal age is 18! I a resident of the UK know that is forbidden and that it dose not happen. Let people practice what they want the same way an atheist practice his freedom of speech to say there is no God and science rules.
