Holy Shit.
I was coming here to comment on the story, but wow; way to just drop the new site with no intro post…
“No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!” The Catholic Church acting as apologist for the Inquisition? Choosing what documents to reveal and what to keep secret? Yeah, and I’ll bet you they can sell me a bridge in Brooklyn for a very fair price . . . by the way, love the new look gasmonso.
My family are all Catholic, and have been trying to tell me for years that the horrors of the Inquistion are just propaganda from those wishing to destroy God’s Church. It is their way of trying to reconcile their faith with the horrors of its past. I can’t decide if I feel sorry for the willingly deluded or worried that they can actually affect the future through official forgetfulness.
WITCH HUNTS ARE NO LONGER IN SALEM, NEXT STOP NIGERIA.

Witches are no longer burned as Old Testament is no longer applicable? That must be something that slipped past by the Mount Zion Lighthouse, which decided it was necessary to increase the suffering in Africa. All in the good name of god.
thanks for pointing this out Jag. this should have a page by itself. very sad and when a person becomes very large in number and growth in power, losing control, losing the focus of what the church is suppose to do for it’s followers.
