The situation should be not about “bending over”. It should be about finally leaving your stupid old religious superstition behind, finally, already. Got it yet?

This is what happened and is still happening to the islamic world. We have been undermined. Our empire has been defeated, split up and our caliph has been exiled and stripped of his power.
Leaders of muslim nations have become hypocrites and/or nationalists who hardly concern themselves with the troubles of other countries unless they (in)directly affect them as well.

The murdering of innocent people is a crime according to western AND islamic law. The fact that some murderors call themselves muslim is a regrettable thing; too bad there are millions of christian, atheist and jewish murderors out there as well.

To do jihad litteraly means to struggle against evil. This does not necessarily imply using weapons to kill bad men; this is only one side of jihad. Jihad has 3 sides to it:

The first is the struggle someone makes in his heart and mind to keep from doing bad things (no matter how great the temptation).
The second is to live your life to be an example to others. This is can be done by constructing great things, studying/researching and by being kind to people regardless of their religion.
The third side is Jihad by the sword: this implies that muslims must defend their lands and its people from enemies who seek to attack and/or destroy it. In doing this, a muslim is allowed to chase down the enemy but is forbidden from harming them once they have surrendered.
A muslim is also forbidden from harming ANY LIVING THING who has not done harm to muslims; Innocent people, animals and plants are not to be harmed. Also, a muslim is obliged to treat captives with kindness, only to do them harm if absolutely necessary (to extract critical information,…)

Bad people are found in every part of the world, in every religion and in every environment. A man who makes his wife cry and hurts her is bad no matter what his religion is. A man who kills an innocent person is bad, no matter what his religion is.
BUT
A man who shoots an enemy soldier who’s sitting on top of a tank or humvee is not bad, he is defending his country.
A man who plants a roadside bomb and waits for an enemy patrol to pass over it before detonating the charge is not bad, he is a fighter battling against invading armies.
A man who blows himself up in front of a military checkpoint WITHOUT CAUSING DANGER TO INNOCENTS, is a brave who did not have sophisticated weapons to achieve his goals.

If your country was invaded, your father shot when trying to stop armoured bulldozers knocking down buildings, people were dissapearing, some of your friends burned alive when the enemy bombed a building or one of the bombs “accidently” missed its target
